1. Patient Intake Form

At Balance we have an easy to fill out, comprehensive patient intake form that allows our doctors to understand you, your health history and how best we can help.

3. SYSTEM CHECK

Our well trained and experienced Doctors will preform a detailed examination with state of the art scanning technology and diagnostics systems. Our team will assess your nervous system, do a systems analysis and preform a chiropractic centered exam designed to get to the bottom of your health care concerns.

4. The report of findings

On day 2 of your visit our doctors go through all of their findings with you. After reviewing all the data and findings they give a full report, provide you with a our CORE SCORE and then answer any questions that you may have in detail. The doctor will then provide a customized care plan to help your nervous system function at peek optimum performance so the body can start to heal itself naturally.

5. The Adjustment

Balance doctors will provide scientific specific chiropractic adjustments that are designed to stimulate positive nervous system function. In addition, doctors will provide home care options, nutritional supplementation and fictional exercises when warranted so that the body can operate at its peek performance. Our overall goal is to allow the nervous system to function properly so that the body heals itself without drugs or surgery.
