At Balance we have an easy to fill out, comprehensive patient intake form that allows our doctors to understand you, your health history and how best we can help.
2. THE TOUR
While our doctors go through your intake information, our team will give you a full tour of our facility. We are proud to serve you and we want to share what we are doing with all of our new and existing patients.
3. SYSTEM CHECK
Our well trained and experienced Doctors will preform a detailed examination with state of the art scanning technology and diagnostics systems. Our team will assess your nervous system, do a systems analysis and preform a chiropractic centered exam designed to get to the bottom of your health care concerns.
